Biography

Aditi Jamil is a Doctoral researcher and sessional academic investigating the role of Psychological Contract and Work as Calling on employees’ behavioural responses. Her research interest includes job crafting, psychological contract, organisational behaviour, employee voice and employees’ ethical behaviour. She has published a book chapter in ‘Challenges and Trends in Organizational Management and Industry’ (2022). She has presented her research in AAG conference 2020, ANZAM conference 2021, Australian Business Ethics Network conference 2023 and Council for Australasian Tourism and Hospitality Education Conference 2024.
