Biography

Johan has over twenty-four years of management consulting experience earned on four continents, spanning strategy formulation to organizational transformation. He is a committed organizational effectiveness leader constantly striving to connect strategy with management and culture. He has spent the last 2.5 years working with Vale on their formidable Catastrophic Risk challenges related to tailings management, with a strong focus on exposing deep Organizational improvement opportunities. He is a published author with several chapters published in three Human Capital Review books. Johan has a PhD in Chemistry from Wits University and more recently was awarded a Master of Management from McGill.
