Biography

Tara Neider is a Senior Vice-President at TerraPower and as Project Director, Natrium demonstration reactor, she leads TerraPower's efforts to demonstrate the Natrium reactor as part of DOE's Advanced Reactor Demonstration Program. Tara has more than 30 years experience in nuclear engineering, project management and licensing. She served as President/CEO of AREVA Federal Services where she held board positions on major DOE project teams including MOX Fuel Fab Facility, Hanford Tank Ops, Savannah River Remediation and WIPP. She holds B.S.and M.S. degrees in mechanical engineering from MIT and an MBA in finance and international business from NYU.
