Rodosthenis is a final year Electrical and Electronic Engineering PhD student at The University of Manchester and industrial researcher at the Centre for Innovative Nuclear Decommissioning (CINDe) of the UK National Nuclear Laboratory (NNL). His research focuses on acoustic communications in confined underwater environments to support robotic platforms used for inspection and monitoring of Spent Fuel Ponds (SFPs). Rodosthenis has previously participated in a research project at The University of Tokyo as part of the Nuclear Education, Skills and Technology (NEST) framework and has also worked as a Policy Fellow at the UK Parliamentary Office of Science and Technology (POST).
