Biography

Tamara Baldwin is a nuclear physicist with over 15 years’ experience in providing a broad range of research, consultancy and management services to radioactive waste management organisations and regulators in the UK, Belgium, Sweden, Switzerland and Japan. This includes a wide range of projects on the safe management of radioactive waste and spent fuel, covering packaging, transport, storage, and near-surface and geological disposal, and extensive experience in the areas of criticality safety, environmental safety case (ESC), disposal facility design, performance assessment and radioactive waste regulation.
