Biography

Keith Harp has been at the Savannah River Site in Aiken, SC for 36 years and is the Program Manager for transitioning the Salt Waste Processing Facility into the existing Liquid Waste Program at Savannah River. The SWPF completed Hot Commissioning in December 2020 and One Year of Operations is scheduled to start in January 2021. Transitioning the SWPF into the LW Program includes the People, Processes and Programs which will ensure the Long-Term Operator is aligned to conduct a safe and successful reduction of the greatest risk in the state of South Carolina.
