Biography

Paul has worked in the nuclear industry since 2002. A Fellow of the Institute of Physics, he joined Radioactive Waste Management in 2015 to lead a newly-formed team working with Sellafield and the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority, focussing on the assessment of waste management proposals from Sellafield and the UK Civil Spent Fuel and Nuclear Materials Programme. Since November 2021 Paul has held the position of Operation Readiness Director for RWM leading in the development of its operational culture and the implementation of safe, secure, environmentally responsible operations into its delivery arrangements.
