Biography

Dr Wyse leads the Thermofluids group at Thornton Tomasetti, focusing on using fluid dynamics including CFD, pipe network modelling, and bespoke calculation tools to address challenging industrial problems in nuclear, O&G, and other safety-critical industries. She is a Chartered Engineer with the Institute of Mechanical Engineers, and has been working as an engineering consultant for 15 years within the fluid dynamics engineering field. She also supports regulatory assessments, particularly fire and explosion risk prevention. She has a PhD in Engineering from the University of Cambridge and an undergraduate degree in Mathematics from the University of St Andrews.
