Biography

Amer Awwad is currently a Senior Engineer at FIU’s Applied Research Center. He received his BS in Mechanical Engineering from Florida International University and his MS in Environmental Engineering, also from Florida International University where he is currently working on his PhD in Environmental Engineering. Mr. Awwad has approximately twenty-eight years of experience related applied research and development. He is currently the task lead on a nonmetallic material aging project being conducted at FIU.
