DMr David Osborn is the General Manager – Technical and Safety of the Australian Radioactive Waste Agency (ARWA). He is based in the agency’s headquarters in Adelaide, South Australia. Mr Osborn brings to ARWA more than 25 years of experience in government and international affairs, nuclear science and technology, environmental management, and diplomacy.
