Biography

Jurgen Hansen is International Business Development Manager at Belgoprocess. He has 30 years of experience in process design; the implementation, engineering, realization of multidiscipline projects in mechanical and process installations; and start-ups, shut downs and refurbishments in a wide range of business sectors, including the field of radioactive waste management. During his career Mr. Hansen has been heavily involved with the development of thermal technologies for radioactive waste management, including plasma technology and pyrolysis. He was in charge of developing the PRIME installation.
