Biography

Dr David Mahon is a founder and Business Development Manager of Lynkeos Technology. David is an award-winning scientific researcher, innovator, and entrepreneur with over a decade of experience in cutting-edge radiation detection and nuclear industry research including pioneering the NDT field of cosmic-ray muography. He is a former Royal Society of Edinburgh Enterprise Fellow and University of Glasgow Innovation Fellow. David started his career developing data analysis and imaging algorithms for muography research. He was named the Elsevier Young Researcher of the Year for this research and received the NNL Chief Scientist Award for his role in commercialising the technology.
