Biography

Aldon Al Beale, founder and President of Strategic Packaging Systems LLC, sold his company in 2017 and is now semi-retired. Al continues to consult and develop innovative solutions and cutting- edge package designs for low-level radioactive waste. Mr. Beale has over 36 years involvement in the waste management industry. He has vast experience in design, developing, and implementing packaging solutions focusing on cost, safety and time, and has received numerous patents on his inventions. Projects he has been associated with include Idaho National Engineering and Environmental Laboratory, Portsmouth Ohio Site, Savannah River Site, ORNL and Brookhaven National Lab.
