Biography

David J. Watters is a Senior Health Physicist with the Baltimore District of the Army Corps of Engineers. He received his BS and MS in Radiological Sciences from the University of Massachusetts  Lowell. He has over 20 years of diverse technical and managerial experience in the areas of health physics, radioactive waste management, and environmental radiation remediation at government and commercial facilities. He has a comprehensive certification by the American Board of Health Physics.
