Biography

Cliff Carpenter is the supervisor of the Office of Legacy Management (LM) Environmental Team 2, which implements long-term surveillance and maintenance (LTS&M) at Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA)/Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) sites, Formerly Utilized Sites Remedial Action Program (FUSRAP) sites, and DOE Defense Decontamination and Decommissioning (D&D) Program sites. Carpenter has over 30 years of experience with DOE. He has served with LM since 2003, during which time served as the FUSRAP program manager and as the site manager for numerous LM sites.
