Biography

Stephen Cochran is a waste management professional, employed at Los Alamos National Laboratory as a RCRA Specialist. Driven by service, he takes pride in providing RCRA guidance and oversight to laboratory programs. Stephen has worked for the laboratory for 4 years, and is a proud Oklahoma State alumni. He graduated in 2019 with a Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering and Master's in Environmental Science.
