Biography

Joseph Giebel is Fluor Idaho’s Chief Engineer. Joseph is a Nuclear Engineer providing leadership and oversight for all Fluor Idaho engineering, nuclear safety, and criticality safety activities. With a staff of 150 engineers, designers, and analysts located across all Fluor Idaho facilities, Joseph oversees the technical aspects of Fluor Idaho’s most complex projects. Prior to becoming the company’s Chief Engineer, Joseph served as the Chief Engineer at Fluor Idaho’s Integrated Waste Treatment Unit. Joseph has 25 years of experience in nuclear engineering, project management, system engineering, and nuclear plant management in the nuclear power industry.
