Biography

Julien Bourdet is a Senior Research Scientist at CSIRO (Perth, Australia). He obtained a PhD from the University of Lorraine (France) on the diagenesis and charge history of deeply buried carbonate reservoirs in the Sureste Basin, southern Gulf of Mexico (Mexico). His research mainly focusses on rock and geofluids micro-analysis in sedimentary basins. He authored several articles on the use of fluid inclusion techniques for resources exploration.
