Brief Bio Data of Dibakar (Dib) Goswami Education: Received M.S. in Applied Geology from Sagar University, INDIA, 1972 Ph.D in Geology from the Iowa State University, Ames, IA (USA) 1993 Experience: Currently working as the lead hydrogeologist, Nuclear Waste Program, WA State Dept of Ecology. For the last 15 years, he has provided the necessary direction for the clean up of Hanford Site groundwater and the protection of the adjacent Columbia River. He is responsible in providing expert testimony before such bodies as the legislature, courts, pollution control hearing boards, etc. on complex hydrogeologic and surface water issues related to the Hnaford Site.
