Biography

Paul is the Director of the Volpentest HAMMER Federal Training Center at the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Hanford Site in southeastern Washington. HAMMER is the site’s central health, safety and emergency response training center delivering hands-on, standardized, realistic training to Hanford Site workers. In addition, HAMMER supports the DOE Office of Cybersecurity, Energy Security, and Emergency Response by training and coordinating the deployment of the DOE’s energy response team. Through Strategic Partnership Programs, HAMMER also supports the DOT hazardous materials response community, International Border Security, specialized military training, regional fire and rescue training, and other federal agency programs.
