Biography

Steve Kustka graduated from Rowan University in 2016 with a BS in Physics prior to beginning his career in health physics at the University of Pennsylvania as a health physics technician where he gained experience in many industry practices between 2016-2021. He is now a PhD student at Oregon State University with an interest in microbial radiation biology, human and non-human biota dose-risk assessment, bioremediation and decommissioning practices, risk communication, and space radiation.
