Biography

Mr. Walling has extensive experience managing contracts for Federal Government agencies and Fortune 500 companies. Included in this management experience are over 28 years in the environmental field of which 25 years are Superfund- related. This experience includes groundwater treatment system construction and Operation and Maintenance (O&M), soil vapor extraction system construction and O&M, contaminated soil removals, unexploded ordnance removals, Thermal conductive heating, in-situ remediation, building construction, building abatement and demolition, underground and aboveground storage tank cleaning/removal and monitoring/maintenance, landfill closures and maintenance, bulk material handling, and Geographic Information and Global Positioning Systems (GIS/GPS). He has participated in public meetings/presentations and assisted clients in meetings with State and Federal regulators.
