Biography

Junliang is studying the radiation effects and corrosion mechanisms of nuclear Zr alloys and high entropy alloys using a combination of analytical microscopy and nanoindentation methods. He works with Profs Chris Grovenor, David Armstrong, Sergio Lozano-Perez and Angus Wilkinson. He is using a variety of analytical techniques including transmission Kikuchi diffraction (TKD), Transmission electron microscopy (TEM), Plasma-FIB and NanoSIMS.
