Biography

Megan is a project manager who has undertaken both project management and commercial roles on projects across a range of nuclear decommissioning and defence projects. She has an MSc in project management and a track record in successfully delivering projects through effectively interfacing and communicating with all required stakeholders to ensure project objectives are being achieved and creating positive relationships that drive an open and honest culture, fostering collaboration to ensure successful project outcomes.
