Biography

Phoebe Lynch has over 15 years’ experience in the UK Nuclear Decommissioning industry delivering a variety of programmes across the UK Magnox commercial reactor fleet. Her current role is Engineering Manager for the Rolling Programme of Decommissioning, responsible for defining the Magnox Site-Specific Strategies and delivering Critical Enabling Strategies. Previously she was the Engineering Manager for UK Commercial Reactor Dismantling and before this spent 7 years as the Technical Lead for the Decommissioning of several nuclear fuel ponds across the Magnox fleet. Phoebe is Chair of the Magnox Women’s Network and Co-Chair of the UK Decommissioning Working Group.
