Biography

Richard Kipling has worked in decommissioning and radioactive waste management in the nuclear industry for over a decade. He has worked at a number of UK establishments including Sellafield, Magnox Ltd, Rolls Royce Ltd and latterly at URENCO Nuclear Stewardship in a variety of senior technical roles. Richard has a broad range of expertise and experience throughout the decommissioning and waste lifecycle, from early project planning and characterisation, to consignment logistics and waste disposals. Richard has a proven track record of successfully managing technical teams in a decommissioning project delivery environment with a consistent ethos of making radioactive waste business as usual, not unusual business.
