Biography

Mr. Vines is a seasoned nuclear industry veteran having worked for both utilities and suppliers over a 32 year career. He began his career in the Nuclear Navy before transitioning to the commercial industry in the mid-1990s. Mr. Vines has held leadership roles in several station departments as well as filling senior roles in Engineering firms, Maintenance and Construction firms, and Consulting firms. His current role involves the development and implementation of waste stream solutions for both Department of Energy and Commercial Nuclear clients of Dominion Engineering, Inc., with a focus on integrating analysis, design, and product development into innovative solutions to complex problems.
