Biography

Allahyar Montazeri is a Lecturer in Control and Electronics Engineering at Engineering Department at Lancaster. His industrial experience includes Fraunhofer Institute for Digital Media Technology (FhG-IDMT) and Bosch industries. Before this appointment he was research fellow with Fraunhofer IDMT, Ilmenau, Germany, and Control Engineering Group at Ilmenau University of Technology. He is recipient of Alexander von Humboldt research fellowship award in 2011 and European Research Consortium for Informatics and Mathematics fellowship award in 2010. He had collaboration with Bosch industries for development of active noise and vibration control algorithms for automotive sector and has been invited as guest lecturer for the Master Program in Communication and Signal Processing, Ilmenau, Germany
