Biography

Penny Borgman is the Interpretive Services Manager for the Fernald Preserve site in southwest Ohio. She is employed by RSI Entech, LLC, contractor to the U.S. Department of Energy Office of Legacy Management. Penny has over 8 years of experience at the Fernald site and over 35 years of public service experience in parks, environmental interpretation, and community engagement in the greater Cincinnati area. Penny holds a Bachelor of Science degree in natural resources with a specialization in environmental interpretation from The Ohio State University.
