Biography

Ms. Hickey is an industry consultant. She has over 40 years of experience working with government contractors in support of the US Department of Energy and the UK Nuclear Decommissioning Administration missions. Her capabilities include the management of complex program/projects coupled with the implementation of numerous and successful business development capture strategies resulting in billions of dollars in new work. Earning her degree in Environmental Science from ETSU. she is an active participant in numerous community and industry associations including Waste Management, EFCOG, ETEBA and the Community Reuse Organization of East Tennessee (CROET).
