Biography
Alan Stokes has 35 years of federal experience and currently serves as the Director for the Planning and Execution Division at the Oak Ridge Office of Environmental Management Program. In this role, he is responsible for all aspects of project and financial management at the Oak Ridge EM Office. As part of his strategic planning function, he lead an effort to develop the OREM excess facility plan submitted to HQ in FY15.
