Biography

Mr deLamare has 39 years experience in the systems engineering field covering space, defense, environmental remediation and industrial facility development. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Physics from the University of California at Irvine, a Master's degree in systems engineering from Johns Hopkins, and an Expert Systems Engineering Professional (ESEP) certification from the International Council On Systems Engineering (INCOSE). Mr deLamare is currently the systems engineering expert for Bechtel Global Inc, a prestigious US-based company performing large Infrastructure and Industrial Development projects. He is currently helping the company's digital transformation.
