Biography

Project manager and mechanical engineer at Robatel Technologies since 2015. I have worked on a variety of projects for the RT-100 Type B Cask such as, the development of a certification program in pressure change leak testing, on-site training and engineering support on the cask's handling operations, and the writing of operations and maintenance procedures. Currently working on a master’s degree in Nuclear Engineering at Virginia Tech University, my research is investigating the feasibility of spent nuclear fuel dry casks for long term storage by utilizing thermal modeling and statistical methods to predict chlorine-induced stress corrosion cracking in marine environments.
