Biography

Mr. Albano is the Environmental and Technical Programs Manager at the Energy Solutions Barnwell Disposal Facility (BDF) in Barnwell, South Carolina. After his service in the Navy, Mr. Albano received his B.S in Geology and M.S in Natural Resources with a speciation in Hydrologic Sciences from the University of Nebraska. He has been working in the environmental and waste management field since 2007 and is a licensed Professional Geologist in Nebraska, North Carolina, and South Carolina. In his current role, he is responsible for managing technical projects at the BDF and evaluating and assessing the geology and hydrogeology in the areas within and surrounding the BDF.
