MS (Engineering Systems) and PhD (Civil Engineering) from University of California at Los Angeles. Water Resource Systems. BS (Environments Resources Engineering) Humboldt State University. I spent most of my career at the Idaho National Laboratory in research positions and waste management support for the Idaho Cleanup Project. Currently consult on related projects for the Department of Energy, as well as, the Idaho Cleanup Project through Boston Government Services and Inspection Experts, Inc.
