Biography

I have spent 20 years working across the nuclear industry technically underpinning improvement activities, managing integrated teams and delivering collaborative change programmes. My current role involves leading a national team working with Subject Matter Experts from multiple disciplines and across 7 partner organisations. The programme is already enabling closer collaboration across the UK Alpha sector and I am confident we will capitalise on opportunities to deliver solutions in support of Alpha capability resilience that will benefit our current and future Alpha programmes and enhance the experiences of our next generation of Alpha workers.
