Biography

Janelle Armijo, CBFO Federal Project Director Janelle Armijo has 17 years’ experience with the Department of Energy and currently works in EM’s Carlsbad Field Office as the Federal Project Director (FPD) for the Safety Significant Confinement Ventilation System, Utility Shaft, and Hoisting Capability line item capital asset projects. Previously she worked for the NNSA as a HQ Project Manager managing a portfolio of projects ranging from $53M to over $1.25B in a variety of critical decision phases. Janelle received her Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from New Mexico State University and holds a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute.
