Biography

Laura designs and facilitates change management and stakeholder engagement programs to support comprehensive industrial strategies. Her work integrates participatory design into long-term campaigns for large and growing organizations. As deputy director at the Energy Communities Alliance (ECA), she spearheads the delivery of technical assistance to ECA members to help orchestrate development efforts and manage federal and private sector relationships that address the distinct requirements of energy communities. Her career began working at the American Red Cross, responding to natural disasters, industrial accidents, and terrorist attacks. Laura holds a master of science from Chicago's Northwestern University.
