Biography

Joceline Nahigian is serving as the Director for Intergovernmental and Stakeholder Programs overseeing DOE-EM's formalized interactions with national intergovernmental groups, tribes, federal advisory boards & international stakeholders. She has served in other EM roles including deputy chief of staff, acting communications director & shadow supervisor for the regulatory compliance office & chief of staff office. She began her tenure with DOE at the Energy Information Administration & has worked as an embassy public relations/press officer and a manager for a multinational company. She graduated from the Federal Executive Institute, completed grad programs in project management & public administration, and a national security program at the Foreign Service Institute.
