Biography

VP and Sr Program Manager with Jacobs. Rick brings more than 35 years of business and program management experience in development of integrated long-range planning, coordinating with DOE, and implementing priority planning, as well as execution-level planning and performance reviews at DOE sites including Hanford, Rocky Flats, and Mound. Rick has been an active member of the EFCOG PM working group since 2006 and through partnering initiatives has been a participant in DOE led EVMS Certification teams at Brookhaven, Oak Ridge, and Idaho. In addition Rick has worked with DOE on development of guidance documents for implementation of DOE Order 413 and on EVMS Review Criteria
