Biography

As the Chief Operating Officer for Sellafield Limited, Rebecca is accountable for leading several major nuclear programmes and directing the nuclear operations of the Sellafield site, in a highly regulated, unionised and complex environment. The major nuclear programmes include retrieval activities from the first generation UK nuclear activities, as well as the wider nuclear material processing, treatment and storage, for past and present UK programmes. Rebecca’s role also includes innovation, research and development for the Sellafield mission. Rebecca lead the Site’s operational response to COVID-19, including the establishment of the first test, track and trace centre at an industrial site.
