With 18+ years of experience, develops technology initiatives that position students as leaders in their classrooms and communities, equipping learners and educators with skills for tomorrow’s opportunities. Passionate about expanding opportunities in STEM, Michelle is the director of the Digital Ambassadors program and the IDRA Youth TechXperts the STEM Ambassadors program through the Alamo STEM Ecosystem, guiding educators and community leaders in designing strategies that open doors for more students to explore science, technology, engineering, and math pathways. Whether leading a training, designing a program, or facilitating a conversation, Michelle brings a creative, student-centered approach that inspires educators and empowers young people to thrive in a digital future.
