Biography

I received my Ph.D. in Computer and Information Sciences from the Florida Atlantic University (FAU) in 2020, and finished my first postdoctoral training at Washington Univeristy in St. Louis in March, 2022. My research interests include machine learning, data mining, bioinformatics and biomedical engineering. I am currently a Postdoctoral Research Associate at Harvard Ophthalmology AI Lab, Harvard Medical School, Massachusetts, USA. My research focuses on developing machine learning and graph learning theory and algorithms for addressing critical challenges in Ophthalmology and Medicine such as AI-supported glaucoma detection and diagnosis, graph embedding learning, biological network modeling, single cell RNA-seq data mining, etc.
