William Russell is a first-year graduate student in the Experimental-Cognitive Ph.D. track at The University of Alabama. He completed his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Auburn University in 2024. He gained research experience through a biomedical summer research internship at the University of South Alabama and by assisting with research in an I/O Psychology lab at Auburn. Now, at The University of Alabama, he is a Graduate Research Assistant in the Translational Research for Injury Prevention (TRIP) Lab under the mentorship of Dr. Despina Stavrinos. His specific research interests include AI-human interaction, leadership, and simulations, but the process of research in general interests him.
