Dr. La-Toya Facey-Walker, Ed.D., is a nationally respected education leader, EdTech executive, and scholar-practitioner whose work sits at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and student impact. She currently serves as a Regional Sales Manager at Ellevation Education, a Curriculum Associates company, where she leads a multi-state territory and guides high-performing teams focused on helping districts better serve multilingual learners through data, instruction, and systems change. With more than 18 years of experience spanning K–12 instruction, higher education, and educational leadership, Dr. Facey-Walker is known for her ability to translate complex research, policy, and data into practical, scalable solutions for educators and school leaders. Her expertise includes instructional leadership, English language learners, curriculum and assessment systems, MTSS/PBIS, adult learning, and organizational change. Beyond her corporate leadership, she is an entrepreneur, author, and educational leader, deeply committed to preparing the next generation of educators and leaders. She brings a rare blend of strategic rigor and empathy to every role she holds, whether coaching executives, supporting district partners, or mentoring emerging leaders.
