Biography

Libby Bowen is a Senior Scientist serving as Project Manager for AMEC Environment & Infrastructure in Rocky Hill, Connecticut. She has a degree in biology from Fairfield University in Fairfield, Connecticut and over 15 years of experience in the environmental consulting field. During that time she has managed projects and portfolios of sites for petroleum and industrial clients, but her career has focused on coordination and management of large-scale residential remediation projects. In her five years at AMEC, her time has been dedicated almost exclusively to the project that is the subject of this presentation.
