Biography

Jason Dean is the Technical Lead in Decision Science for the UK’s National Nuclear Laboratory, responsible for delivering and managing a broad range of improvement initiatives across the UK nuclear industry. Based on the Sellafield site in West Cumbria, he has 20 years of nuclear experience, previously working for the UK’s government education sector. He has a BS Maths degree from Leicester, which included a placement in the nuclear industry; this being pivotal to influencing a nuclear career choice. Systems Engineering and Culture Change have been his recent focus and is the subject of this presentation.
