Biography

Mr. Harrington has over 30 years of experience including 6 years as an electronic systems maintenance supervisor in the Marine Corps, 14 years as a nuclear submarine officer in the Navy, 6 years in DOE's Office of River Protection at the Hanford Site, and over 5 years in the private sector focused on nuclear site remediation. Mr. Harrington has a Bachelors in Physics from the University of California at Irvine, a Masters in Engineering Management from Old Dominion University, is qualified as an Nuclear Engineering Officer in the Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program, and is a certified Project Management Professional.
