Biography

M.Sc Civil Engineering, Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm, Sweden, 1983. More than 15 years of experience from work on funding systems and cost calculations for back-end systems, including spent nuclear fuel and radioactive waste management and disposal, decommissioning of nuclear facilities, and the associated R&D activities. He has been involved in the development of the Swedish cost assessment methods, as well as in the discussions on secured funding of future waste management costs. In this context he has been involved in latest government study on how to improve the funding system and its stability. International experience from transfer of knowledge and experiences from the Swedish funding and cost calculations to RosAtom in Russia, ARAO in Slovenia, RAWRA in Czech Republic, NDA in the UK and many more.
