Biography

James G. Burritt is a consultant for project evaluation, organizational and project management, and project planning, specializing in the nuclear and fossil power fields. He has had over 47 years of experience including operation, maintenance, construction, and repair of conventional and nuclear facilities and ships, and management and evaluation of projects and organizations. He has worked on several major government and private projects in Russia, and has traveled to Russia more than 70 times since 1995. He is a retired US Navy Captain, who served on destroyers, nuclear submarines, and as an engineering duty officer. He currently serves as Longenecker and
